To order by phone please call (713) 529-0848 and leave a message on the answering machine. All calls will be returned ASAP, on weekdays usually after 6:00 pm CST ('cause I'm still working a day job), and Saturdays between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. If you need a callback at an earlier time, please include that information as well. I'll do the best I can to accommodate your schedule.

E-mail:
Although internet email transactions are not always secure, I will be happy to correspond and process an order via email. Please include the item number you wish to purchase, credit card number, expiration date, street address and a phone number in case I need to contact you.

Check Policies:
If you have not bought from me before and are paying with a personal check, I will wait until the check clears before shipping your purchase (first time only).
ALL PAYMENTS BY CHECK MUST BE RECEIVED BY SILVER MOON TRADERS NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Etc.:
I ship most items U.S. Postal Service 2 day priority mail with delivery tracking. Shipping charges are in addition to listed individual item prices. If you are ordering a single, small item, shipping is $6.50. For large or multiple items, add $1.00 per additional item. Insurance is extra and prices depend on value. For example, a $150 item would be $3.00 for insurance. It is more complicated and costly to send items overseas, however if you are willing to assume the charges I'll be happy to do so. Texas residents please add 8.25% state sales tax.

Layaway Terms:
1/2 down , balance paid in full within 60 days. Unclaimed layaways and deposits will be forfeited after 60 days.
Return Policy:
I will accept a return of any item within two weeks, as long as the item is returned in its original condition. You, as the customer, are responsible for shipping charges and insurance charges to return the item. Should an item be damaged during shipping, you should file a claim with the USPS since you have the item as well as the (hopefully) damaged packaging as proof of claim. Should your package be in lost in shipping, please contact me and I will file the claim since I will have proof of insurance on all shipments.
