Traders as a sole proprietorship, all orders receive my personal attention.

I accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PAYPALŪ, personal checks, certified checks,
money orders and credit card issued draft checks.

To order by phone please call (832) 236-1011 and leave a message on the
answering machine. All calls will be returned ASAP, on weekdays usually after
6:00 pm CST ('cause I'm still working a day job), and Saturdays between 9:00 am
and 6:00 pm. If you need a callback at an earlier time, please include that
information as well. I'll do the best I can to accommodate your schedule.
E-mail:
Although internet email transactions are not always secure, I will be happy to
correspond and process an order via email. Please include the item number you
wish to purchase, credit card number, expiration date, street address and a
phone number in case I need to contact you.
Pay Pal: Please visit Pay Pal to pay with this easy and fast method of secure
shopping. The PayPal email to send payment to is silvertrader@earthlink.net.
Please jot down the Item Number, Description, and Price to be placed in the text
box.

Check Policies:
If you have not bought from me before and are paying with a personal check, I
will wait until the check clears before shipping your purchase (first time
only).
ALL PAYMENTS BY CHECK MUST BE RECEIVED BY SILVER MOON TRADERS NO LATER THAN 10
DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED.
Shipping, Handling, Insurance Etc.:
Shipping via USPS runs $4.00 for First Class mail OR
$6 for Priority mail. Items over $50 need to be
insured, so please add $1.50 for the first $100 and $1.00 each $100 or portion
thereof afterwards (for example, an item costing $150 shipped Priority Mail
would cost $8.50 to ship). Shipping charges are in addition to listed individual item prices.It is more
complicated and costly to send items overseas, however if you are willing to
assume the charges I'll be happy to do so. If you need more information please

Texas residents please add 8.25% state sales tax.
Layaway Terms:
1/2 down , balance paid in full within 60 days. Unclaimed layaways and deposits
will be forfeited after 60 days.
Return Policy:
I will accept a return of any item within two weeks, as long as the item is
returned in its original condition. You, as the customer, are responsible for
shipping charges and insurance charges to return the item. Should an item be
damaged during shipping, you should file a claim with the USPS since you have
the item as well as the (hopefully) damaged packaging as proof of claim. Should
your package be in lost in shipping, please contact me and I will file the claim
since I will have proof of insurance on all shipments.
